Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

IMAGE Specialty Partners™ (“ISP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit ispdental.com, submit a form, communicate with us, apply for an opportunity, or otherwise interact with our website.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the ISP corporate website. Affiliated dental or orthodontic practices may maintain separate privacy policies and notices that apply when you interact directly with those practices. This Privacy Policy is not a Notice of Privacy Practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Please do not submit medical records, treatment details, or other sensitive health information through a general ISP website form.

Section 01

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, job title or position, practice or organization name, number of offices, state, email address, telephone number, inquiry details, event or meeting preferences, and other information you choose to submit.

If you inquire about partnering with ISP, we may collect information about your practice, professional role, business goals, and preferred method of contact. If you apply for employment or another professional opportunity, we or a recruiting service provider may collect application materials and employment-related information.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information. This may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address, dates and times of visits, interactions with forms or links, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from affiliated organizations, business partners, recruiting platforms, event providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, and publicly available professional or business sources, where permitted by law.

Section 02

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; respond to questions and partnership inquiries; evaluate potential business relationships; communicate about meetings, events, services, opportunities, and requested information; process employment inquiries and applications; personalize website content; measure website and campaign performance; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect ISP, our affiliated organizations, and others.

We may also use contact information for marketing when permitted by law or when you have provided the required consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. Text-message opt-out instructions are described below.

Section 03

Phone, Text Message, and Email Communications

If you provide your contact information and separately agree to receive communications, ISP may contact you by telephone, email, SMS, or MMS for the purposes described at the point of collection. Calls or messages may use automated technology where permitted by law. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not required to receive services or submit a business inquiry.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us using the information at the end of this policy. We may send one final message confirming an opt-out request. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications when permitted by law, such as responses to an inquiry you initiated.

Section 04

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to make the website function, remember preferences, understand traffic and interactions, measure marketing performance, and support advertising. Some technologies may be provided by third parties, including analytics or advertising providers.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls made available on the website. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Browser-based opt-out choices may apply only to the browser or device on which they are set.

Section 05

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, security, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, communications, recruiting, and professional advisory services. We may also disclose information to affiliated entities when needed to respond to a request or support an authorized business purpose.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process; to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms; to protect rights, property, or safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of some or all of our business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands.

Section 06

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business and employment records, support legitimate business operations, meet legal and contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

Section 07

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Section 08

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message and may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may also adjust browser or website cookie settings as described above.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; receive a portable copy of certain information; obtain information about how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Section 09

Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to websites or services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and ISP is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

Section 10

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
